Chinese 102 is still going okay this past week; I became a bit busy with work and papers for other classes that I did quite poorly on my Wednesday check-up and this is only a matter of more time spent studying. Otherwise, I am feeling pretty good about this weeks lesson and am excited about the new vocabulary i've learned. However, I still don't know what clip I will be voice shadowing for my midterm project but I will be researching this weekend!

在见你下周末!

Weekly Reflection (每周反射)

This past week in Chinese 102 has gone surprisingly well. Unfortunately, I was unable to make it to any of the Chinese Club meetings, however I am going to try my best to attend during Week 3. I was surprised to see how fast I caught back up with Chinese during Week 2 while also learning Lesson 8. It was almost as though I never took a break. Therefore, I think the winter break practice I did while away from school truly did help me keep most of my chinese skills sharp. I am recognizing hanzi characters, tones, and radicals much easier this term and this has given me more confidence with my chinese writing. I hope to continue to improve :)

见你们下周末!
